Rebecca Kriese

Connecting to the land has been a core part of Rebecca’s ancestry and has inspired her passion for more natural, holistic ways of living. She has dedicated over 25 years to the practice of Ayurvedic medicine and pulse reading, as taught by Dr Pankaj and Smita Naram in India, and her integrative healthcare approach also includes body work, Shadow Work coaching, Ayurvedic cooking, self-care and meditation practices that foster deep healing and transformation.
She is passionate about creating spaces that support individuals to engage in deep self-enquiry to uncover their own innate wisdom. The first of these spaces was in Brighton under the name of Ayuseva, and then after birthing her beautiful daughter the calling to return to the land and weave nature connection and farming into her life’s work brought her to Hackhurst Farm.
Rebecca feels deeply committed to responding to the needs of our time, embracing the role of stewarding land and promoting soil health for the benefit of future generations. At Hackhurst Farm, she is also exploring ways to share with others this land she was gifted, and welcomes those seeking to heal, learn, connect, produce food, collaborate and create change in their lives.
